How do I learn to be southern? By visiting southernliving.com duh. Now I can learn to make comfort food, BBQ, decorate cosily and appreciate the confederacy.
Kelly to be a true Southern Gal you must learn to make Ice Tea. They start giving the babies Ice Tea, I will always remember how at the elementry school the kids would come home and ask is it ok to have Ice Tea. So I think they start the feeding Tea to there babies.They also have fried Okra so learn that too. I love Baby Ruth in the In-N-Out onies.
I'm learning too. Our town celebrates "Confederate Memorial Day" every year and people wear seersucker suits and they put Confederate flags on all the graves at the Confederate cemetery. It's pretty Confederate.
