This might sound dumb and of course it has to do with food. But, on my diet I'm supposed to eat a treat/snack in between my main meals because they're low carb and my favorite one is 2 graham crackers broken into 8ths with a banana slice on each and a glass of milk. Yummy and good for me!
I'v hated bananas my whole life and now I can eat them.......bonus bananas are so cheap!
