Lemon Ginger Tea
1 inch of fresh Ginger peeled and cut into discs
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Cups Water
1 to 2 Tbsp. Honey or more to taste
Bring Ginger and water to boil then cover and reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Turn off heat and remove Ginger from water. Add Honey and Lemon. Be sure temp. isn't to hot to drink. Serve in mugs:)
I'm drinking it right now and the Ginger is pretty strong but not bad. I needed both Tbsp. of honey to counter the bitter of the Ginger.
